Sue Byer

With more than two decades of experience leading teams and building customer-focused operations across Canada, Sue co-owned a multi-branch distribution company for over 20 years,  while overseeing a team of more than 100 employees. After retiring from that role in 2022, she brought her years of business knowledge and management experience to ERC Optometry to help shape the clinic’s continued growth—bringing the same dedication to people, service, and quality that defined her career.
